We Do Our Best to Ship Your Order Safely and Fast
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 100 countries. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our Singapore warehouse will be shipped by SingPost, Fedex or DHL. Local Singapore addresses will be served by our own in-house delivery team. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL. Packages from our Australian warehouse will be shipped by Australia Post. Packages from our European and UK warehouses will be shipped by Deutsche Post and Royal Mail respectively. We also use independent couriers if the location you are in are not covered by any other postal service providers. These are subjected to changes.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be in one of those countries, we will contact you. We provide free shipping wherever we can.

What about customs and taxes?
We are not responsible for any custom fees, import charges and/or taxes that may be applicable in your country. When the packages arrive to you, you may be liable for those charges. If you want a hassle-free importation, contact us at sales@printdesignarts.com and we will quote you those charges upfront.

What about insurance?
If you want a hassle-free importation, contact us at
sales@printdesignarts.com and we will quote you those charges upfront. Our shipments are covered by insurance whenever possible. You can also purchase extra insurance if you need to. Do contact us for more information.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships. It will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. Some shipping companies will take a couple of days to send us the tracking number. Do note that some logistic companies only provide tracking information up to a point.

My tracking says, “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed for more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you require them to consolidated, please contact us at
sales@printdesignarts.com.Additional charges may apply, and the shipping time may be longer.
